RECORD OPERATE GUIDE:

 

  • Push the REC button, and the RECLED (D1) will light. Keep pressing until the recording ends.
  • Release the REC button.
  • Select playback mode:
    • PLAYE: Push once to playback the recording or power down.
    • PLAYL: Hold the button until playback ends or is manually stopped.
    • REPEAT: Switch position 5 to the right side for continuous playback until switched back or powered down.
  • FT mode: Switch position 6 to the right side to enable direct playback of the microphone input through the speaker.

 

Pins

MIC: Microphone Input – Transfers signals to the on-chip preamplifier.

VCC: 3.3V power supply.

GND: Power ground.

FT (Feed Through): Active-HIGH – Enables speaker drivers for external signals. Set LOW for normal operation; ensure REC, PLAYE, and PLAYL are LOW during this mode.

P-L (Playback, Level-activated): Active-HIGH – Starts playback when transitioning from LOW to HIGH.

P-E (Playback, Edge-activated): Active-HIGH – Starts playback on a HIGH transition until an End-of-Message (EOM) or memory end.

REC: Active-HIGH – Starts recording while held HIGH, overriding PLAYL or PLAYE.
