Immunity enhancement, internal use of digital signal processing, direct high-low output.
Repeatable trigger: the sensor output remains high after detection and will stay high if there is human activity in its sensing range. Once the activity stops and after the delay period, the output becomes low. The delay time is extended with each new detection, starting from the last activity time.
