This 40-way, 20-cm rainbow jumper wire is highly useful for male-to-male and male-to-female connections. It will be necessary for jumpering between PCB headers or creating wire harnesses.  The ribbon wires can always be kept connected to create tidy wire harnesses or pulled off to create separate jumpers. These characteristics make these jumper wires ideal for your microcontroller boards' GPIO.
 
SPECIFICATIONS:
 
Each'strip' of 40 premium jumper wires (four pieces of each of ten colors) is slightly longer than 7.5" (20 cm). They fit neatly next to one another on a standard-pitch 0.1" (2.54mm) header and have 0.1" (100 mil) sockets on both ends.
